Workshop with Saskia and Olave

Whenever international or famous artists perform on the Heritage Jazz stage, we make it a point to give back to society as well. Under our charity wing Goa ForGiving, we try and bring cheer to the underprivileged. Yeshua the revolutionary worship rock band from Mumbai, worked with the underprivileged kids from the St. Inez slum. Cameron, the lead singer of Yeshua, worked his magic with the kids. The songs and dance appeal to the kids and they joined in enthusiastically.

Goa’s pop star Olavo Rodrigues felt that the workshop was a great initiative by Goa ForGiving as by making the kids happy, we make ourselves happy. He enthralled the kids by performing with a comb and a piece of paper which is his signature move. This held the kids spell bound and repeatedly asked him to perform more songs for them. The kids sang and danced along with him.

Goa ForGiving has been taking keen interest in giving a better life to the underprivileged for the past _ years. With the help of such workshops HJ has made sure that every child feels special, which surely is a new beginning for a better and brighter future.
